USDC: pay for ChatGPT, Claude and other AI plans
ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, CapCut Pro, Cursor and the rest of the catalog, settled in USDC on any of 6 networks. No customer account, no card, and the subscription goes onto an account you own.
Circle’s USDC is pegged to the dollar, so the USDC figure on your order page is the dollar total.

Before you send USDC
- Accepted networks: Base, Ethereum (ERC-20), Solana, BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), Polygon, Arbitrum One. Pick one on the order page and send on exactly that one.
- Native USDC only. Bridged versions such as USDC.e on Polygon or Arbitrum are different tokens and don’t count.
- On Coinbase, sending USDC on Base is usually the cheapest route; choose Base as the network when you withdraw.
- From your own wallet, keep a little gas: ETH on Base, ETH on Ethereum (ERC-20), SOL on Solana, BNB on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), POL on Polygon, ETH on Arbitrum.
Sending USDC on Base, step by step
Self-custody wallet
- 01Besides the USDC, keep a small amount of ETH on Base on Base to cover gas (under 1 cent, paid in ETH).
- 02Select USDC on Base on your order page and leave that tab open.
- 03Open Coinbase Wallet, or whichever USD Coin wallet you use, hit Send and select USDC on Base.
- 04This QR code holds the address only. Scan or paste it, then enter the amount by hand from the order page.
- 05Enter the amount to the final digit. On most coins those trailing digits belong to your order alone, so don’t round.
- 06Before sending, compare the first and last four characters of the address (42 characters, beginning 0x) and the amount, digit for digit.
- 07Approve the transfer.
- 08Leave the order page open. It refreshes itself when your transaction shows up, and marks it paid after about 1 to 2 minutes.
Exchange account
- 01Select USDC on Base on your order page and use the exchange option there. It switches to a QR code with the address only, plus copy buttons.
- 02In the exchange, go to Withdraw (some call it “Send”) and select USDC.
- 03Set the network to Base. Most lost payments start at this step.
- 04Paste the address. If the exchange offers a memo or tag field, leave it blank: this address works without one.
- 05Type the amount due plus the exchange’s withdrawal fee, or the fee comes out of your payment. The adder below does the sum. Where the form shows a “receive” figure, make that one equal the amount due.
- 06Approve it with 2FA or the email link. Exchanges sometimes hold a withdrawal for review, most often the first one to a new address.
- Picking Ethereum mainnet instead of Base. Nothing about the address tells them apart.
- No ETH on Base to pay the gas.
Sending USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), step by step
Self-custody wallet
- 01Besides the USDC, keep a small amount of ETH on Ethereum (ERC-20) to cover gas (a few cents in ETH most days).
- 02Select USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20) on your order page and leave that tab open.
- 03Open MetaMask, or whichever USD Coin wallet you use, hit Send and select USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20).
It refreshes itself when your transaction shows up, and marks it paid after about 7 to 10 minutes.
Exchange account
- 01Select USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20) on your order page and use the exchange option there. It switches to a QR code with the address only, plus copy buttons.
- 02In the exchange, go to Withdraw (some call it “Send”) and select USDC.
- 03Set the network to Ethereum, also shown as ERC20.
- Picking Base, Polygon or Arbitrum. The 0x address matches, the chain does not.
- An empty ETH balance, so nothing pays the gas.
Sending USDC on Solana, step by step
Self-custody wallet
- 01Besides the USDC, keep a small amount of SOL on Solana to cover gas (under 1 cent, paid in SOL).
- 02Select USDC on Solana on your order page and leave that tab open.
- 03Open Phantom, or whichever USD Coin wallet you use, hit Send and select USDC on Solana.
- 04The QR code carries both the address and the amount, so one scan fills the form. The copy buttons work too.
- 05Enter the amount to the final digit. On most coins those trailing digits belong to your order alone, so don’t round.
- 06Before sending, compare the first and last four characters of the address (32 to 44 base58 characters) and the amount, digit for digit.
- 07Approve the transfer.
- 08Leave the order page open. It refreshes itself when your transaction shows up, and marks it paid after under 1 minute.
Exchange account
- 01Select USDC on Solana on your order page and use the exchange option there. It switches to a QR code with the address only, plus copy buttons.
- 02In the exchange, go to Withdraw (some call it “Send”) and select USDC.
- 03Set the network to Solana, also shown as SPL.
- Withdrawing USDC on any network other than Solana (SPL).
Sending USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), step by step
Self-custody wallet
- 01Besides the USDC, keep a small amount of BNB on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) to cover gas (well under 1 cent, paid in BNB).
- 02Select USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) on your order page and leave that tab open.
- 03Open Trust Wallet, or whichever USD Coin wallet you use, hit Send and select USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20).

- Picking ERC20 (Ethereum) where the order asks for BEP20.
- An empty BNB balance, so nothing pays the gas.
Sending USDC on Polygon, step by step
Self-custody wallet
- 01Besides the USDC, keep a small amount of POL on Polygon to cover gas (under 1 cent, paid in POL).
- 02Select USDC on Polygon on your order page and leave that tab open.
- 03Open MetaMask, or whichever USD Coin wallet you use, hit Send and select USDC on Polygon.

- 06Approve it with 2FA or the email link. Exchanges sometimes hold a withdrawal for review, most often the first one to a new address.
- Sending USDC.e, the older bridged token. Only native USDC on Polygon is accepted.

Which AI subscriptions can I pay for in USDC?
All of them. Every plan in the AIwithBitcoin catalog accepts USDC (on Base, Ethereum (ERC-20), Solana, BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), Polygon, Arbitrum One), ChatGPT, Claude, Canva included. Choose USDC at checkout and send the exact figure from your order page.
How fast is a USDC payment marked as paid?
On Base: about 1 to 2 minutes. On Ethereum (ERC-20): about 7 to 10 minutes. On Solana: under 1 minute. On BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20): under 1 minute. On Polygon: about 1 minute. On Arbitrum One: about 1 to 5 minutes. The order page moves on by itself; there is nothing to refresh.
USDC on which network?
Whichever of Base, Ethereum (ERC-20), Solana, BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), Polygon, Arbitrum One already holds your USDC. What matters is that the network you choose on the order page and the one you send on are the same. The lowest-cost USDC here, and the default for many Coinbase users.
Is there KYC or an account to create?
Neither. Checkout asks for an email address, used only to send your order link and activation steps. No ID, no name, no sign-up.
What happens if the amount I send is off?
Payments are matched by their exact amount, so copy it to the final digit. If a different figure lands, message us with the order ID and transaction ID and a person pairs them by hand.
