Before you send Litecoin

- 01Check your balance covers the amount due plus the network fee (a small fraction of a cent).
- 02Select LTC on Litecoin on your order page and leave that tab open.
- 03Open Litewallet, or whichever Litecoin wallet you use, hit Send and select LTC.
- 04The QR code carries both the address and the amount, so one scan fills the form. The copy buttons work too.
- 05Enter the amount to the final digit. On most coins those trailing digits belong to your order alone, so don’t round.
- 06Before sending, compare the first and last four characters of the address (Begins ltc1, L or M) and the amount, digit for digit.

Exchange account
- 01Select LTC on Litecoin on your order page and use the exchange option there. It switches to a QR code with the address only, plus copy buttons.
- 02In the exchange, go to Withdraw (some call it “Send”) and select LTC.
- 03Set the network to Litecoin (LTC), not the BEP20 version. Most lost payments start at this step.
- 04Paste the address. If the exchange offers a memo or tag field, leave it blank: this address works without one.
- 05Type the amount due plus the exchange’s withdrawal fee, or the fee comes out of your payment. The adder below does the sum. Where the form shows a “receive” figure, make that one equal the amount due.
- 06Approve it with 2FA or the email link. Exchanges sometimes hold a withdrawal for review, most often the first one to a new address.
